Robert M. Regan Jr.

MANAGING PRINCIPAL  

Robert has been managing money for over 20 years at Regan Investments. Prior to that, he worked in several investment and finance related fields with Thomson Financial, Merrill Lynch, and Honeywell Intl.

Robert has been instrumental in creating, implementing, and monitoring our proprietary trading strategies and techniques.

Robert has participated on the Minnetonka Schools Foundation investment committee, created a scholarship program for students pursuing a career in investments, and has been an active volunteer in many youth sporting and academic organizations within his community.

Robert has a B.A. in English from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Robert has been managing money for over 50 years.  He began his investment career as a research analyst for the Wells Fargo trust department and a portfolio manager for Kidder Peabody.  

Robert has served as finance chair of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, and trustee of the Franciscan University of Steubenville, St. Thomas Academy, and Trinity Schools.

Robert has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

SECRETARY TREASURER 

Cynthia began her career in the investment business over 30 years ago and has led the implementation and operation of our compliance and reporting processes.

In addition to Regan Investments and predecessor companies, Cynthia has worked as a registered representative, branch manager assistant, and securities trader for Dean Witter, Shearson, and Stifel Nicolaus.

Cynthia has an A.A.S. degree from Normandale Community College.

 ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Sheila leads our client support team. In addition, Sheila has experience as a small business owner and brings many skills that are vital to our firm.

Sheila is active in TeamWomen, an organization committed to support women and girls from the classroom to the boardroom. She is also an avid supporter of the South Suburban Jets, an adapted athletics program within a local school district.

Sheila has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
